"I So Hate Consequences" is the second Christian radio-only single off the Christian rock band Relient K's fourth album, Mmhmm. The song appears on ChristianRock.Net as well. The song is heavily Christian based, mentioning God and redemption all throughout the song.

The band played the song for almost every concert from Mmhmm's release until the end of 2007. It was played near the end of the concert, mostly as the encore song (or one of them if there were two or three), until fall 2006. It was moved to the front of the show for the 2006 Nintendo Fusion Tour. After this, it was put back at the end of the show. The song was missing from the band's 2008 setlists, most likely due to the drummer change from Dave Douglas to Ethan Luck, as Dave sang solos with Matt Thiessen on the verses and bridge of the song. This may also be why "Life After Death and Taxes" seems to be no longer played as well.
